Vegan Practically

Something to chew on (doesn’t taste like cardboard)

Pizza, again! (This time in Stockholm)

I have blogged about pizza before, and no doubt I will blog about it again. This time, it’s pizza at a wonderful vegan restaurant I’ve discovered in Stockholm. The restaurant is called Veganska Olbaren and in the short time I’ve been here, I’ve eaten there twice.

I’ll say more about the vegan charcuterie board I had the first time when I do my more fulsome post, “Travelling while vegan: Stockholm” sometime next week. For now, let me just say the artichoke pizza is absolutely wonderful!

Apologies for the off-schedule blogging this week. Between the Social Ontology conference, sight-seeing and exploring the vegan restaurants with a close friend, it’s been a bit of a whirlwind of a week. Not to mention the time zone.

I’ve gathered quite a few blog topics on the trip, and I look forward to getting back on schedule (Tuesdays for thinking/reflecting, Fridays for fun) next week.

Bon Appétit!
